Set in the beautiful Wasdale Valley, Wasdale Annexe bunkhouse is a National trust owned bunkhouse which will sleep up to 9 people. The Bunkhouse was formerly the servants quarters for Wasdale hall but now offers basic bunkhouse facilities.
Once voted Britain's Favourite View, Wastwater is the Deepest lake in England and leads right to the foot of Scafell Pike, England's highest mountain. Wastwater is accessible straight from Wasdale Annexe as are many walks, including routes to the summit of Scafell Pike.
Peaks such as Scafell, Scafell Pike, Great Gable, Pillar, Kirk Fell and Yewbarrow to name a few all accessible, making Wasdale a great base for fell walking.
Wasdale Annexe is available for group bookings.
